OPENING A BUSINESS ACCOUNT
WANT TO KNOW WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR APPLY FOR A LOAN?
If your business is in the Kansas City Metro area, Topeka or Saint Louis, you may
qualify for membership. You can open a business account or apply for an auto loan or credit card
at any
branch. Please bring the documentation shown below to a branch. Please
call 866.367.2228 or 913.905.6673, or email us to apply for a Term
Loan or Real Estate Loan.
Opening an Account
If your business is in the Kansas City region, Topeka or Saint Louis, please bring the following documentation into a branch to open an account:
- Two forms of identification.
- Entity Documentation
- Registration of Fictitious Name (if in Missouri)
- Sole Proprietorships: Only those documents shown above are required.
- Corporations: Articles of Incorporation and Certificate of Good Standing
- 501[c](3) Certification document required for "Not for Profit" corporations
- Partnership: Partnership Agreement and Certificate of Limited Partnership (if applicable)
- Limited Liability Companies (LLCs): Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement
Apply for an Auto Loan or Credit Card
Not a business member yet? Please bring the following documentation
into a branch to open an account and apply for an auto loan or credit card:
- Two forms of identification.
- Two year's tax returns
- Entity Documentation (see list above)
