This Identity Protection Plan covers you as an individual, including the misuse of your Social Security Number, your CommunityAmerica accounts or any other accounts you may have at other institutions.

We offer members two means of obtaining Identity Protection:

FREE Identity Theft Coverage* with any CommunityAmerica Checking Account (for primary account holder).

Purchased Coverage - All eligible members of the Credit Union and their spouses, age 18 or over when applying, can buy additional identity protection that includes enhanced victim assistance and insurance up to $25,000. You may also add protection for immediate and extended family, obtain discounts on prevention tools, and more!

Negative balance stipulation will be waived only if due to fraudulent activity, not account negligence.
