Protect Yourself from Phishing

CommunityAmerica will never send you any email requesting financial information. If you should receive one of these phishing emails, please forward it to abuse@cacu.com immediately.
Please be advised that phishing attacks, the use of an email message to collect private financial information, are on the rise. CommunityAmerica has been successful in fighting phishing, but we encourage members to remain vigilant and protect themselves as well. If you receive any email requesting financial information from CommunityAmerica, please forward the email to abuse@cacu.com immediately. To protect yourself at all times, remember: CommunityAmerica, or any other legitimate financial institution, will NEVER ask for account information via an email NEVER follow links provided in an email requesting any form of financial information. If you have any questions regarding security or fraud issues, please contact the Fraud Prevention Department at CommunityAmerica at 1-800-892-7957, ex. 6677. Someone from the Fraud Prevention Department will contact you by the end of business the following day to help you.
